- Treixadura: Native variety of grape white. Cluster of so large means and grains of yellow green color, pulp colored. Produce very aromatic, pale and light wines.

Especially recommended to consume with fish and shellfish. Serve to 9 degree.

- Loureira: White varietey. Cluster medium to great formed by spherical grains of yellowish green color and not excessively compact. Produce very aromatic wines.

  Grapes

- Brancellao: Cluster of medium small size to and pulp little. Produce structure to wines.

- Caiño: Main red variety of the denomination of origin Ribeiro. It contributes aroma to the wine.

- Sousón: Red variety. Small clusters formed by spherical grains of blue-black. It contributes color to the wine.
