Elaboration
    
The process of elaboration of our wines begins in the vine. The workings of the vineyard, 
require much effort and care, but in the end they are compensated with the obtaining of good wines.

The grapes, coming from our vineyards carefully are selected and transported to the celler as rapidly as possible so that they arrive in the optimal conditions. The fermentation is made in stainless stell tanks and it is controlled through a cold equipment. The last process will be the bottled filtrate and for its later commercialization.
